These files are deposited on your computer with each and every new site you visit. The main purpose of these files, are for companies to get a better idea about an individuals browsing habits and activities. Yes cookies are largely a marketing tool.
They act simply to give companies a better way to match ads to visitors. By logging browser details, companies can get a better idea what sort of customer you are and how they can best serve your needs.

For the past 8years I have suffered from extreme stress in my life and anxiety attacks, from the age of 18 when my baby died I started getting panic attacks at LEAST 8 times a day, sometimes they were so bad I’d collapse through hyperventilating and my weight dropped considerably.. Im now 26 and single mum to a 2year old, I still have the anxiety attacks but only every now and then and no way are they as bad as they used to be.. But I have had CONSTANT chest pains these past few months, even when Im not feeling stressed and am doing something I enjoy or Im having a giggle with my little boy. Whats worrying me is that my heart may have become weakened over the years through the stress and constant anxiety, and the pains Im suffering are building up to a heart attack. Sounds a paranoid thought I know, but my dad had chest pains for weeks before he finally woke up having a heart attack one morning, his heart attack was brought on by a stressful 2years he’d had.. Could i be heading the same way?? . (ps: i havent inherited any heart problems from my dad as Im adopted, and as far as I know theres no history of heart disease in my birth family). I have seen a doctor afew weeks ago about it, I went to the surgery one afternoon when the pains were particularly bad and he jus put it down to anxiety – once you suffer with panic attacks the docs seem to put everything down to your anxiety – and he sent me home with nothing further to be done, but it just doesnt seem healthy or safe to me to be suffering with these chest pains so regular.
