Success With Your Team

As you progress in your business and become a team leader, there are some important things to remember that will help you grow your team and lead them to their dreams while you are reaching yours. Duplication is vital to your success.

You want to share with others all the success that you have accomplished. No need to be agrressive and try and sell something to others but sharing in your product/service. Be a product of the product and be able to have a great story.

Large groups of people will not determine you success rate. You want to be able to find those who are looking to get serious and who really want to do the same thing you are doing. Who have the interest in changing their lives and are willing to do the work behind it and create success.

Duplication is the biggest thing in network marketing. Creating friendships and relationships with others around you. You want to build a team right away, keep it simple and show them what you are doing. If you can keep the process simple then other people on your team will be able to do what you are doing.

You want to build up your team as fast as you can in the beginning. Set up different opportunities to meet others, like setting up coffee dates, sharing with them from your own home or maybe from their homes. Creating those relationships right away will help you become more successful faster.

In your process you become a leader but then you need to be able to teach others to become leaders and then more members of your team are helping in the the process, the journey.Your not doing all the work alone, your creating others to do what you do.

Ongoing training and personal growth id a huge factor in your network marketing business. Creating relationships with others and accepting that all people are different but pointing out all the good traits in individuals and using those specific traits to gain success in your business.

Express encouragement and gratitude to your team regularly, which will help them to keep going on their own journeys to success in your business. Look for opportunities to recognize achievements, promotions, and in the excellence of your members all the time.

You as a leader have to be willing to take the responsibility to a point in investing in your team, individuals that want to make a difference in their lives. Help others to gain the success that they want and you will get what you have been working towards as well.

Build towards your dreams each day, stay positive and gain strength through your commitment to career each day. Don’t get discourage, push through each day and there is light at the end of the tunnel.

5 House Flipping Don’ts

House flipping information is usually filled with lists of Do’s, but sometimes it is the lists of Don’ts that are even more important. Here is short list of 5 Don’ts which could make or break the profits on any house flipping investment.

1) Don’t forget to check out the neighborhood before you buy. You will want to make sure that the property you are considering is a good fit for the neighborhood. You should also take the time to make sure that the plan you have in mind for the property will match well with the other neighborhood residents in order to guarantee a quicker sale.

2. Don’t spend all of your budget, then exceed it, without a great reason. You set the budget carefully to make sure you made enough profit, exceeding you budget can quickly turn this flipping investment into either a low profit return, or even worse, into a loss. If you are going to exceed the budget, it must be on items which increase the resale value of the home, and are appropriate for staying within the area market prices.

3) Don’t forget to set daily goals and hold yourself accountable to those goals. If you don’t reach your goals for the day it can set the entire project back by as much as a month depending on the goals and what has to be rearranged as a result. Stick to your timeline and your daily schedule in order to avoid potentially costly delays in time and money.

4. Don’t focus only on the interior, remember to increase the exterior curb appeal. If you do not make the house attractive from the outside, it will be difficult to get potential buyers to even stop at the property and walk inside to see the great renovations you have completed. Curb appeal increases both the value and the marketability of any home. You need to have the complete package, with a nice looking interior, and a clean, well finished exterior to attract buyers, and close deals quickly.

5) Don’t spend money you don’t need to spend. While it would be great to put in granite countertops and gourmet kitchens into every home it isn’t always practical and this is often money that will not be recovered, particularly in homes that are in marginal neighborhoods.

If you want to get the most for your money avoid costly expenses that aren’t exactly necessary for the successful completion of the flip. Resurface bathroom fixtures rather than replacing them if possible and use new cabinet doors or hardware rather than adding new cabinets all together to cut down on expenses. In other words, salvage what you can, fix what needs to be fixed, and add a few cosmetic touches before moving on.

The market for real estate is a very fickle market. Avoid risking too much time and money on a property that isn’t going to recover those added touches and expenses. Instead hold onto those ideas for higher end flips once you have a few successful flips under your belt.
